Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We stand by the quality of our work. If we make an error, such as:

• You receive the wrong item
• Embroidery details are incorrect (not as ordered)
• The item arrives damaged

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a clear photo of the issue.
We will gladly offer:

• A free replacement, or
• A full refund (if applicable)
